When booking events and sessions, please know that our policies require a 48 hour notice of cancelation to receive a refund.

Invoices are due by 4p cst of the due date listed on the invoice. If you book via text, phone, or DM and receive an invoice, and do not pay it by 4p cst on the listed due date, you risk forfeiting your appointment.

A full refund is available up to 48 hours in advance.

If the appointment is canceled within 48 hours of the appointment time, a 50% refund will be issued.

No shows are not eligible for refunds.

I am not a psychologist. Please seek help from a mental health professional if you need one.
