Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to secure your appointment and is due at the time of booking. Cancellations: To receive a refund of your deposit, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will have the option to reschedule or forfeit your deposit. No-Shows: In the event of a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
